In this course you will go on a textual journey to far off places. Through a range of non-fiction texts, including visual imagery, you will examine and learn the skills of effective travel writing and journalism.
From newspaper and magazine articles from across the world to Simeon Courtie’s epic travel tale, The Long and Whining Road, you will be immersed in the writing skills needed to bring description to life so you too can paint vivid pictures that entice the traveller in us all.
