Unit Information

Do you have a desire to extend your skills and tactics in Netball? Do you want to develop your umpiring skills and understanding of injuries to take your Netball knowledge to the next level?

This course will explore rich content including:

• Developing physical skills and tactics in Netball
• Strength and Conditioning
• Umpiring skills
• Exercise physiology – prevention of injuries, injury management and rehabilitation
• Sport psychology – mental skills for performance and stress management

This course will also provide you with the opportunity to compete in the SSWA High Schools Cup Day Carnival and attend the middle school lightning carnivals as coaches or umpires.
