If you have a passion for playing Rugby, along with wanting to expand your Sports Science knowledge in relation to this sport about how to prevent injuries, manage injuries and the rehabilitation process.

This elective will explore rich content including:

• Developing physical skills and tactics in Rugby
• Strength and Conditioning
• Motor Learning & Coaching – development and implementation of training programs, understanding leadership styles, rules and umpiring signals
• Exercise Physiology – prevention of injuries, injury management and rehabilitation
