Do you want to be the next Donna Hay or Adriano Zumbo? Do you want to share your dessert creations with the world? This is an extension course designed to cater for our future generation of keen and interested patisserie chefs. You will explore a variety of baking and decorating techniques which you can apply to a wide range of slices, cakes, biscuits and cupcakes. You will develop your knowledge and understanding of concepts relevant to baking.

Food Technology – Methods of Cooking Focus provides background to this course.
