This is an extension course designed to cater for our future generation of keen and interested patisserie chefs. You will explore a variety of baking and decorating techniques which you can apply to a wide range of slices, cakes, biscuits and cupcakes. You will develop your knowledge and understanding of concepts relevant to baking.
