Throughout history the biggest executioner of the human race has been deadly disease and this elective is especially relevant at the moment! Whether it was the Black Death in 14th century Europe or present day COVID 19, the loss of human life and cost to society has been astronomical. With a strong emphasis on analysing and evaluating evidence as well as the ability to explain different perspectives, this elective examines the causes and effects of deadly diseases throughout history.
