Course Information

Electronic Sound Design is a course that will have you exploring different ways of creating original sounds through the use of GarageBand. You will learn about synthesis, sampling, drum programming, mixing, and composing for film and sound production. Using all of these skills together, you will gain the ability to compose interesting and unusual musical works. Throughout the trimester, you will be given the opportunity to explore your creative side, embrace your mistakes and create something from scratch that you can be proud of.
