The Netball High Performance Program at Joseph Banks Secondary College aims to create, promote, and enhance a comprehensive support system for Netball development across both the school and the community. We foster the development of students’ physical and technical knowledge and performance, interpersonal skills and leadership skills in a progressive manner. The program guides students from mastering the fundamentals of Netball to honing advanced skills and strategies by the time they complete the program.

Students will have the opportunities throughout their time in the high performance program to develop their leadership skills at Carnivals and events through coaching and officiating to support their progression in their Netball pathway.

Students entering Year 7 in 2026 must complete enrolment paperwork and indicate their interest in joining our Netball High Performance Program. Students are required to rsvp to attend the event trials through the ‘register now’ link on this page. On the day of trial, please bring a water bottle, comfortable clothing and suitable shoes.
