Registration for our 2027 High Performance Program Trials are now open for students commencing year 7 in 2027. Interested students need to submit their enrolment form and register to attend the trials. Enrolment forms can be submitted online here or you can collect an enrolment pack from our main administration.

The Soccer High Performance Program at Joseph Banks Secondary College aims to create, promote, and enhance a comprehensive support system for Soccer development across both the school and the community. We foster the development of students’ physical and technical knowledge and performance, interpersonal skills and leadership skills in a progressive manner. The program guides students from Year 7 – 12 and will include mastering the fundamentals of Soccer, honing advanced skills and strategies, gaining a Certificate II and III, as well as gaining officiating and coaching qualifications. Students will have the opportunities throughout their time in the program to develop their leadership skills, as we work closely with them to support their progression in their Soccer pathway.

Excitingly, we now offer a limited number of Soccer Scholarships to students in our High Performance Program. The Scholarship provides financial funding to assist in covering costs of associated program fees. Applications for Scholarships will open in the coming weeks.

A few things to note for the trials: –

• When Tuesday 12 May & Thursday 14 May 2026
• Time – 3:15pm – 4:15pm
• What to bring – a water bottle, soccer boots and shin guards
• What to wear – Sports clothes
• Where to meet – Meet on the bottom oval next to the clubrooms.
