Course Information

Are you a great outdoors type of person? Are you interested in a variety of adventurous sports? This course is designed to provide you with opportunities to experience adventure through activities such as swimming, fishing, camp craft and expedition planning skills. You will need to be able to swim 200m continuously and tread water for 15 minutes to join the course. 

You will consider ways to distinguish between a situation which is challenging and one which is unsafe. You will also learn ways to be resilient when faced with new challenges.
