Planned Service Outage

The Joseph Banks Secondary College IT Support Team will be taking all college systems offline between 6.30am and 9am on Friday October 8th 2021. This outage is due to a planned Power Outage to complete aspects of the College’s Solar Battery project.

During this outage the below services will be disrupted and unavailable:

  • SEQTA (Teach, Learn and Engage)
  • ClickView
  • Helpdesk
  • Printing and Photocopying services
  • Phone and Telephony services
  • Website (jbsc.wa.edu.au and voyager.jbsc.wa.edu.au)
  • WiFi and Network connectivity
  • Desktop logon services

Students, Staff and Parents are encouraged to plan ahead and pre-emptively download any required study, course or homework materials from SEQTA and other platforms.

During this power outage, the College can sill be contacted on 08 9303 7400 between 8.30am and 3.30pm on School Holidays.
