Please enter all of your information, save the form and send back to us via email, or you can print and hand in a hard copy to our main reception.  Hard copies of all the below forms are also available through our main reception. 

Please remember to attach the required supporting documentation;

Birth Certificate / Two Proof of address documents (utility bill dated within 2 months) / Medicare Immunisation History Statement – dated within 2 months. This statement is obtained through your myGov account https://my.gov.au/ or you can call 1800 653 809 for assistance.

Please make sure you complete all relevant forms at the same time. If you wish to apply for a High Performance or Specialist program please complete the EIO form relative to the year your child is enrolling in. These forms must be submitted with your enrolment form.  

Our Scholarship applications have a strict close date, please submit your paperwork prior to this date – no late applications will be accepted.

2027 Scholarship applications for students currently in Year 7 – 11 will open in February 2026.
