Maddie is a passionate educator who is enthusiastic about all things Sports-related. She has a particular passion for Motor Learning and Coaching across a variety of sporting contexts with strong experience and understanding of Netball. Maddie has completed her Foundation and Development Coaching Accreditations in Netball and is the assistant coach of the under 12 State Netball team.

She completed her final practicum at Joseph Banks Secondary College before graduating from Edith Cowan University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Health & Physical Education. Maddie has a focus of ensuring students are provided with a range of opportunities in Health & Physical Education and is particularly focused on building capacity of others to support the development of all students.

Maddie prides herself on high levels of organisation and communication and is dedicated to the overall education of students in the Health & Physical Education area; including curricular and extra-curricular opportunities that support overall growth and wellbeing of all students. She believes that physical activity provides students with an understanding of a range of physical skills as well as developing interpersonal skills that can be used beyond school life.  

Maddie has a strong interest in physical and mental wellbeing ensuring to maintain a good work-life balance as well as remaining actively involved in local sporting clubs and associations.
