Paul Muir is a passionate educator who has experience in a variety of leadership positions both in Scotland and in Australia.  Paul has worked in his current position as the Associate Principal of Senior School since 2019. He is passionate about ensuring that students are successful in their personalised pathway beyond Year 12. Paul believes that every student has the potential to be successful and he works with staff and students to ensure that students are challenged in their learning, and are encouraged to have high aspirations.

Paul has a strong teaching background in Mathematics, Accounting and Business Management, which has developed his strong knowledge of data.  He is passionate about the effective use of data to ensure that the College sets targets for continued improvement.  He collaborates across the college to support continued student achievement through a focus on feedback, continued analysis of data and setting targets for improvement.

Paul is a hardworking, dedicated leader who has developed strong relationships with students, parents and the wider school community.
