Sharyn has been at Joseph Banks Secondary College Since August 2015. She has been in Education since 2010 where she started as a Business Support Officer at Duncraig Senior High School.

Since then Sharyn has focused on building a strong support staff team at Joseph Banks Secondary College. Sharyn and the Support staff are passionate about their Professional Learning Communities in which they operate, building capacity of each other, para professionals collaborating with teaching staff as well as outside agencies to develop a deeper knowledge of the students and student learning so they can ensure all students are achieving their best outcomes.

Sharyn is driven to further develop her Leadership within the Education system as well as coaching, encouraging others to strive for Leadership roles thus further developing themselves and others in their career pathways. Sharyn graduated from Deakin University 2023 with a Post Graduate Certificate in Education Business Leadership.
